Newbury Street has a new tea house at 248 Newbury Street
Egalitea Organic Cafe is now open at 248 Newbury Street, serving hot and iced teas, tea lattes, and tea ice cream flavors (coming soon). According to Eater Boston, Egalitea will also serve light food, including smoothies, bagels, soups, a variety of bowls (yogurt, chia, and acai) and oatmeal. Their focus is on organic ingredients, “as well as fair trade and kosher choices of toppings that include nuts, fruits, and granola.”
Egalitea Organic Cafe is open Monday – Saturday, 7 am to 9 am, and Sunday from 10 am to 7 pm.
