Dr. Glavas is a board certified surgeon who has been trained both as an eye plastic surgeon (oculoplastic surgeon) and as a facial cosmetic surgeon. In his years of experience Dr Glavas has developed a multidisciplinary approach to facial rejuvenation. His techniques give emphasis to quick recovery and natural appearance.
Dr. Glavas is the founder and Director of the Massachusetts Eye Plastic Surgery & Laser Center located in Boston at Newbury Street on the corner of Arlington and Newbury Streets. The Center is accessible by train (Arlington Station, Green Line T-Stop) . Dr Glavas is a Board Certified (ABO) oculoplastic and facial cosmetic surgeon focusing his practice in eyelid and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Glavas serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at NYU school of Medicine and Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital in New York. As an expert in his field he presents instructional courses for physicians at international and national meetings. He has been invited to speak on TV, radio and quoted on newspapers. He also offers informational seminars to the public.
