Looking back at Open Newbury, those were a pretty amazing three days this summer. Each Sunday had the good fortune of no rain, and each was more exciting than the last. While we’re sad to see the season go, we’re already looking forward to welcoming Fall and the holiday season. Just wait until you hear about this year’s pop ups at The Shop! A more leisurely pace. The number one thing I enjoyed about Open Newbury this year was how relaxing and enjoyable walking through a car-free street can be. It’s great to have extra space to hold hands with your sweetie while walking down the street, or just room to carry more shopping bags!

FREE fries from Shake Shack and free cupcakes from 47 Brand?! Yes, please! We’re already saving up our pennies (and some room in our bellies) for next year’s event.
All of the dogs. We can’t get enough of those four legged friends roaming the street, enjoying pupaccinos and ice cream. Expanded Patio Dining. Patio space on Newbury Street is a hot commodity with reservations required most weekends. We love that Open Newbury gives restaurants along Newbury Street clearance for more tables for outdoor dining and brunching with our friends and family.
